– Considerado el mes más caluroso en la historia; ya iniciaron lluvias, pero altas temperaturas nos cesan

«Desde junio pasado, considerado el mes más caluroso de la historia, comenzaron a agudizarse las enfermedades gastrointestinales y estas no cesan y aunque ya comenzaron las primeras lluvias, la temperatura sigue elevada y el calor origina que con más facilidad se genere la descomposición de los alimentos y con ello se derivan enfermedades diarreicas».
Señaló Trinidad Villegas Aviña, Director del Centro de Salud Urbano de Zamora, por ello, dijo, la jurisdicción sanitaria 02, a través de la Comisión Estatal para la Protección Contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COEPRIS) está haciendo inspecciones en algunos establecimientos dedicados a la venta de comida, a fin de que garanticen alimentos frescos e higiénicos a la población.
«Sin embargo lo ideal es apostar a preparar los alimentos en casa, para saber que nos llevamos a la boca, tener una alimentación fresca, lavar frutas y verduras, hervir bien los alimentos y alimentación rica en líquidos para mantenernos libres de enfermedades».
Finalmente indicó que, de acuerdo a los datos arrojados por el sistema de vigilancia semanal de casos clínicos, se reportan en total de 10 a 15 semanalmente por enfermedades diarreicas agudas, sobre todo en pacientes vulnerables: niños menores de 5 años y adultos mayores. Cuando previo a junio había un registro de 4 a 6 casos semanales, “de ahí que es fundamental estar bien hidratado».
