-Quieren que más municipios y no solo Zamora colaboren con saneamiento de Río Duero

Apostarán por la construcción de plantas tratadoras de aguas residuales en esta región debido a que se busca que más municipios y no sólo Zamora colaboren con el saneamiento del Río Duero, como uno de los objetivos principales en este rubro a lograr durante el próximo año.
Roberto Arias Reyes, titular de la Comisión Estatal de Aguas y Gestión de Cuencas (CEAC), informó que también se contempla una inversión de 120 millones de pesos para la construcción de una planta tratadora en Jacona; colectores y plantas en Chilchota y Tangancícuaro; la rehabilitación de inmuebles en Ixtlán, Pajacuarán y Tangamandapio.
Informó que al igual que en Zamora, buscarán que todos los proyectos se pueden hacer a la brevedad posible y no dividirlos en diferentes etapas como ocurrió en otras administraciones que finalmente no pudieron llevar a cabo las obras por la falta de planeación.
Aseguró que mientras no haya acciones concretas en relación con el saneamiento del Río Duero, seguirá latente la amenaza de un veto a la producción agrícola en los mercados extranjeros debido a que el riego de los productos se podría hacer con agua contaminada.
Finalmente agregó que es importante qué los ayuntamientos de la región puedan sumar esfuerzos y trabajen de manera conjunta para que los proyectos de gran inversión se puedan aterrizar y finalmente redunde en beneficio para toda la población.
