– Conscientes de que venden patrimonios; festejan su día

Los asesores inmobiliarios son expertos en aconsejar a los interesados en adquirir un bien inmueble que buscan realizar una inversión que les representará un patrimonio para resguardar a sus seres queridos o como una forma de hacer crecer sus recursos, por ello, quienes se dediquen a este mercado requieren de capacitación continua y ser profesionales en toda la extensión de la palabra.
Roberto Navarro Pimentel, titular de conocida inmobiliaria, sostuvo que para poder invertir en un bien raíz es fundamental contar con un conocedor y experto en la materia y este a su vez tener experiencia y preparación para satisfacción del cliente que va invertir su dinero, «debemos prepararnos, máxime con las reformas fiscales para dar un servicio de la más alta calidad, en conjunto con el notario”.
En el marco del día del asesor inmobiliario, indicó que quien se dedica a esta labor requiere checar todos los documentos y escrituras para seguridad del vendedor y del comprador. Además de que este último no tenga consecuencias irregulares, o, peor aún, cuando hace un convenio y paga anticipadamente y los documentos resultan irregulares o apócrifos, potencialmente puede ser víctima de alguna estafa».
Finalmente, consideró que los asesores inmobiliarios deben tomar consciencia que en su trabajo están en juego patrimonios de familias y “si vienen con nosotros es porque quieren seguridad y certeza jurídica. Quienes vivimos de esto debemos ser responsables de todo el proceso y cuidar hasta el último aspecto, desde el inicio de un trámite, hasta la firma de escrituras, que se pague en su totalidad y que los documentos estén cien por ciento regulares y legales».
