– Dará solución a un problema añejo y certeza a 2 mil familias en propiedad de predio

El Ayuntamiento ordenará la zona de la calle Ferrocarril por medio de la entrega de escrituras a familias asentadas en las ocho secciones que tiene la franja de urbanización y con ello se dará solución a un problema añejo, porque las personas ahora contarán con servicios básicos y vialidades que permitan mejorar su calidad de vida.
Así lo dio a conocer Francisco Avalos Bolaños, director de planeación, desarrollo urbano y medio ambiente, quien comentó que está contemplada la entrega de 2 mil escrituras para dar garantías a las personas sobre la propiedad de su predio y que de esa manera puedan regularizar su situación jurídica para acreditar que son dueños del terreno donde está asentada su vivienda.
“Es una gestión que hizo el presidente municipal, Carlos Soto Delgado, ante el Instituto de Vivienda Sustentable (INSUS) de Gobierno del Estado. Con esta acción vamos a resolver la vida de muchas familias y, lo más importante, es que tendrán una estadía digna desde sus lugares de residencia, que fue uno de los objetivos por los que pelearon desde hace años”, explicó.
Aseguró que además se evitará que se extienda la franja de invasores en este punto considerado anteriormente para la instalación del proyecto denominado vía verde, que finalmente fue utilizado para dar albergue a muchas familias que durante un tiempo prolongado han vivido en condiciones carentes en esa zona del municipio.
“Al final solo se otorgará escritura a quien cumpla con todos los requerimientos solicitados por INSUS para dar ordenamiento territorial en la franja de Ferrocarril y cumplir con un objetivo de hace décadas que finalmente se pudo lograr debido a la voluntad de las autoridades en turno para dar certeza jurídica a las familias”, concluyó.
