Personal del consejo estatal para prevenir y eliminar la discriminación y la violencia (COEPREDV) capacitará a empresarios zamoranos y de la región sobre la norma R-025, la cual está encaminada a la inclusión laboral de los sectores vulnerables: personas con discapacidad, mujeres embarazadas y adultos mayores.
Esta capacitación se realizará el próximo martes 22 de agosto de 10 a 1 pm en esta ciudad, el lugar por confirmar, informó Martha Johana Téllez Alcalá, encargada del departamento de vinculación en el COEPREDV, “los empresarios que se quieran certificar en dicha norma deben contar con infraestructura correcta en sus centros laborales”.
Además de que cuenten con un espacio de lactancia para las madres y que se genere entre la clase trabajadora la cultura del respeto y la inclusión con el resto de sus compañeros para crear entornos laborales inclusivos, entre otros aspectos, “se da oportunidad de mejorar su calidad de vida y de sentirse útil en la sociedad”.
Aseguró que el COEPREDV está siendo una guía para las diferentes dependencias del gobierno estatal para que se puedan certificar en dicha norma, ya que el COEPREDV fue la primera dependencia en la entidad que se certificó.
Finalmente admitió que no muchos empresarios tienen la cultura de incluir en sus filas laborales a personas son discapacidad, o bien los discrimina por su edad, «por ello, en el gobierno estatal hacemos esfuerzos necesarios para sensibilizarlos y constantemente les garantizamos incentivos a quienes contratan a una persona con discapacidad».
