– Evitará que más de 4 mil 500 habitantes tengan afectaciones; destinarán más de 600 mil pesos a la obra

Está mañana fue puesta en marcha la mejora a la línea de drenaje sanitario de la calle 20 de Noviembre, con la que se evitará que haya encharcamientos sobre la vía pública producidos durante la temporada de lluvias.
Serán destinados 629 mil 261 pesos e impactará en 4 mil 524 habitantes de la zona nororiente del municipio.
Carlos Soto Delgado, presidente municipal, aseguró que con la obra se resolverá una problemática añeja en lo que respecta a inundaciones o encharcamientos, principalmente en calles como Jacarandas y Pino de la colonia Ejidal Norte, así como en la av. 20 de noviembre y en los fraccionamientos Benavente, Acanto I y II. Todos los puntos mencionados padecían por insuficiencia en la capacidad de conducción de las redes de drenaje en la zona.
“Con esta obra se pretende llevar a cabo el proyecto de construcción de una línea de interconexión que unirá el drenaje existente sobre la av. 20 de noviembre y el cárcamo existente en la parte norte de la misma avenida, para que, desde ahí el drenado pueda ser bombeado al Dren General del Valle. Además, al propio cárcamo se le incluirá una canaleta de pretratamiento para filtrar sólidos que puedan ocasionar desperfectos en el equipo de bombeo”, explicó.
Comentó que las colonias en donde se evitarán ese tipo de desperfectos son Acanto I y II, Benavente, Ejidal sur, 20 de noviembre, Huertas de San Antonio y Villas de San Antonio. La intención es que las familias aspiren a tener una mejor condición de vida y que ya no estén con la preocupación de sufrir pérdidas materiales como consecuencia de la temporada pluvial.
“Estas son las obras que quizá no serán visibles por el tipo de trabajos que se realizan, pero lo más importante para nosotros es que realmente haya una solución para las familias y que de esa manera se cumpla con la parte de cambiar las condiciones de vida de las personas tras varios años donde sufrieron pérdidas”, agregó.
Finalmente, Joel Romero Quiroz, director del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Zamora (SAPAZ), puntualizó que las obras son importantes porque no solo es el hecho de que se encharque la zona de agua pluvial, sino del foco de contaminación que se genera al ser líquido de drenaje con el que se convive en la arteria y el hecho de que muchas familias ya no pierdan su patrimonio.
