-Puntualizaron en certificación de El Llano y Villafuerte por buenas prácticas sanitarias
-Tienen la meta de lograr ese objetivo en 24 puntos de la región

“Si la población no está convencida, será difícil que logremos la certificación de comunidades saludables. Es importante que los habitantes se involucren en cada una de las disposiciones porque el trabajo no solo depende de las autoridades municipales y sanitarias, la salud es responsabilidad de todos”, puntualizó Mario Héctor Silva Chávez, jefe de la jurisdicción sanitaria N° 2, en el marco de la certificación de El Llano como comunidad saludable en la que participaron 2 mil habitantes.
Comentó que al finalizar el año tienen la meta de certificar 24 comunidades en la Jurisdicción Sanitaria y actualmente tienen el 50 por ciento del objetivo cumplido, por lo que será necesario reforzar las tareas para que hagan buenas prácticas sanitarias que son claves para completar ese proceso.
Las prácticas en las que debe involucrarse la población consisten en limpieza de drenes y canales, lotes baldíos, mejora de espacios públicos, asistencia a pláticas y conferencias de salud, completar esquemas de vacunación y ser partícipes para llevar controles sobre embarazos, patologías y saneamiento del medio ambiente.
“No solo es importante lograr la certificación porque es necesario mantener ese distintivo, ya que cada 6 meses o cada año se hacen los procesos de recertificación con los que se puede constatar que se mantienen las prácticas sanitarias para evitar tener contingencias sanitarias en las comunidades”, dijo.
Por su parte, Rosa Hilda Abascal Rodríguez, presidenta municipal, comentó que en Zamora han avanzado de manera importante en el programa porque actualmente hay 17 comunidades certificadas como saludables, de las cuales buscarán mantener esa insignia.
Cabe mencionar que en este día también la localidad de Villafuerte recibió el distintivo como comunidad saludable.
“Pondremos nuestro esfuerzo para mantener la ejecución de programas que nos ayuden a prevenir enfermedades porque no queremos volver a iniciar ese proceso en donde ya hemos izado la bandera blanca que indica que existe una distinción sanitaria en ese punto”, mencionó la edil.
Concluyó al decir que trabajarán de manera conjunta con la Jurisdicción Sanitaria para evitar riesgos sanitarios en el municipio como ha ocurrido hasta la fecha, debido a la coordinación que existe con la dependencia estatal.
