– Se desarrollarán del 1 al 15 de junio

A partir de este día y hasta el 15 de junio, el Colegio de Michoacán (Colmich) realizará una serie de actividades académicas y culturales enmarcadas en el mes del orgullo LGTB, así lo informó Humberto R. Novelo, encargado de comunicación del Colmich.
Se contempla la proyección de 3 películas en formato de cine club, abiertas a todo público. Se trata de preselecciones fílmicas del cine Iberoamericano. Al cierre de estas habrá comentarios especializados, a cargo de investigadores en temas de género, inclusión y diversidad sexual. También habrá 2 ponencias.
La primera película se proyectó hoy, fue la mexicana «El lugar sin límites», basada en un libro en la cual aparecen actores muy importantes como Eugenio Cobo y Gonzalo Vega, quienes tienen el primer beso gay en el cine mexicano. Retrata la historia de un travesti y ya es un clásico del cine mexicano. Para el 8 de junio se presenta la película cubana «Viva» (2015) la cual aborda el mundo travesti en el ambiente socio-económico de Cuba.
El 15 de junio concluye con la película española «Cambio de sexo» (1979), la cual trata el procedimiento de cambio de sexo de «Viviana Fernández», una de las primeras transexuales mediáticas de España, en un momento histórico donde en ese país se está saliendo de la dictadura y comienza el destape español. Es un clásico del cine LGTB europeo. Todas estas se proyectarán a las 6 de la tarde.
Para el 2 de junio se presentará a las 12 del día la ponencia «De la tolerancia a la aceptación» en el Colmich, sede La Piedad, la cual será trasmitida por la página de Facebook «Colegio de Michoacán». Será impartida por el psicólogo Víctor Ortiz, es sobre el lenguaje inclusivo, la tolerancia en la diversidad sexual y la convivencia sociedad y comunidad LGTB.
La segunda charla se llevará a cabo el 15 de junio a las 12 del día, lleva el nombre «Francis, la fantasía hecha mujer». Se trata de la campechana primera travesti mediática de México, considerada como la madre del «drag» mexicano. Esta será impartida por el cronista de Campeche, Aarón Pérez Durán, quien ha hecho investigación en los archivos personales de Francis.
Además, el cronista ha tenido acceso a vestidos, libros de diseño y fotos que le pertenecían a Francis. Esta ponencia servirá de pretexto para hablar de la visibilidad de lo que fue ser la primera travesti en un México donde predomina el machismo.
«Todas estas actividades tienen como objetivo dar visibilidad. Como institución, estamos visibilizando todo el tema de equidad de género, la diversidad sexual, compartir esa política y por supuesto generar la cultura de respeto a todas las formas de amar», concluyó.
