– Temporada de lluvias favoreció ingresos; sin embargo, incrementa costo de insumos

Según estimación de los integrantes de la industria panificadora local, en estos momentos sus ventas aumentaron alrededor de 50 por ciento. Consideraron que la temporada de lluvias favoreció este incremento de sus ingresos, pese a que no son los esperados en el sector, derivado de que también en los consumidores hay una crisis económica que no propicia alza en las compras.
Ricardo Juárez y Carlos Escobar, panaderos con casi 50 años en funciones en el sector en Zamora, informaron que más del 90 por ciento de los pequeños negocios en la actualidad, son de carácter familiar, derivado de que ya no se generan los suficientes ingresos para hacer el pago de personal que ayude en las funciones para el proceso de producción.
Comentaron que el precio de las piezas de pan ha subido entre 1 y 2 pesos en promedio durante los últimos meses, derivado de que también se ha disparado de manera importante el precio de insumos básicos como la harina, cuyo bulto pasó de 500 hasta 950 pesos en promedio y el huevo que ha tenido una irregularidad en los costos debido a que ha tenido tarifas desde los 37 hasta los 50 pesos.
Finalmente agregaron que esperan un incremento superior para los últimos meses del año derivado de que durante la temporada, en que disminuye la temperatura ambiente, la gente opta por comprar mayores piezas de pan para el consumo debido a que suelen combinarlas con chocolate u otro tipo de lácteos para el desayuno o cena.
