El Servicio Nacional del Empleo (SNE), unidad Zamora, continúa realizando talleres gratuitos virtuales y presenciales para buscadores de empleo y empleadores.
A los primeros se les orienta sobre su llenado de currículum y entrevista de trabajo para obtener mejor resultado de colocación y a los segundos sobre la técnica STAR (situación, tarea, acción y resultados), metodología para reclutar personal e identificar con mayor precisión las habilidades y competencias que tienen los candidatos que aspiran a ocupar una vacante.
Así lo informó Rosalba Diego Huipe, Coordinadora del SNE) Zamora, detalló que los interesados en tomar estos talleres pueden comunicarse al 351 515 3715, “gracias a la técnica STAR, los empleadores que no tienen un departamento de recursos humanos, puedan realizar un reclutamiento con mejores resultados”.
Por lo pronto ya están proyectadas dos capacitaciones para los empleadores acerca de este método, una para mediados de octubre y otra para fines del mes, “aún no hay fecha concreta, pero a la brevedad la pueden consultar en la página de la Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STyPS) en el link talleres para empleadores o bien contactarse al teléfono ya citado”.
Consideró que una persona que recluta personal para poder dar el visto bueno, debe considerar lo siguiente, «tener claro los valores, misión y visión de la empresa que representa, bien focalizado el perfil de la vacante que va a reclutar y las flexibilidades que puede darse en ello, pero sobre todo la inclusión”.
Concluyó al decir que, si bien es cierto hay competencias, sin embargo, “siempre es bueno tener la apertura para la inclusión. Por ejemplo, si una empresa transportista requiere un chofer de tráiler, no se limite a que sea forzosamente del sexo masculino, sino que también tome en cuenta que ya hay mujeres capaces para esa labor».
