– Carlos Soto anuncia que canalizarán 16 mil litros de líquido potable a la zona centro o Jardines de Catedral

Después de 20 años, se dará fin al desperdicio de agua que se genera en el Centro Regional de las Artes de Michoacán (CRAM) al canalizar 16 mil litros de líquido potable que se tira en el espacio a labores domésticas o higiene de miles de familias que están asentadas en la zona centro. Al mismo tiempo será tapada el área que se abrió en la calle 5 de Mayo para hacer estos trabajos.
Al respecto, el presidente municipal, Carlos Soto Delgado, realizó una supervisión de la obra y enfatizó que el Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Zamora (SAPAZ) se ha encargado durante estos meses a brindar solución a la situación mencionada y de allí colocarán una conexión del líquido a la red de agua potable para que el líquido no se vaya más al drenaje, como sucedió durante 2 décadas.
Por su parte, Joel Romero Quiroz, director del organismo operador, informó que el presidente Carlos Soto tuvo que hacer las gestiones ante Gobierno del Estado para realizar los trabajos mencionados en el CRAM, pero además también se hicieron estudios por parte de la Comisión Estatal y Gestión de Cuencas (CEAC) de Michoacán para comprobar que el agua desperdiciada sí es potable y no estaba contaminada como se aseguraba en otras administraciones municipales.
Aseguró que, para los trabajos, se hará una inversión cercana a los 50 mil pesos y en 5 días quedarán concluidas las labores. Para la conexión a la red de agua potable no se verá perjudicado ningún sector de la población porque el suministro no se suspenderá en ninguna colonia. Al término de la obra también se hará la reparación de la ciclovía en 5 de Mayo, de manera que la calle quedará como en antaño.
