Un total de 9 zonas verdes ubicadas en colonias como Valencia, La Pradera, El Vergel y demás de la periferia fueron invadidas por vecinos de manera irregular, debido a que fueron donadas al Ayuntamiento para ser destinadas para la creación de parques públicos.
“Hemos solicitado a las personas que se retiren de esos lugares de manera pacífica, ya que la intención es conciliar en una primera instancia; sin embargo estamos en posibilidad de denunciar penalmente a quienes cometan esos actos fuera de la ley”, puntualizó Carlos Soto Delgado, síndico municipal.
Indicó que además cuatro áreas situadas hacia el poniente de la ciudad comienzan a ser invadidas por colonos de manera indebida, por lo que buscarán actuar por la vía legal para evitar esas acciones, ya que son parte del patrimonio municipal y no pueden ser usadas para fines particulares.
“Hemos visto que las zonas las han convertido en estacionamientos, cocheras y en otros casos son lotes baldíos en lo que aprovechan para tirar chatarra o cualquier otro tipo de desperdicios que incluso son utilizados por vándalos para cometer actos ilícitos.
Indicó que incluso solicitarán el respaldo de otras instancias para que los procesos en contra de los invasores sean efectivos, debido a que tienen que respetar lo estipulado en el Código de Desarrollo Urbano en relación a ese tipo de terrenos en los que incluso tienen planeado hacer proyectos.
“Entendemos la necesidad de las personas por una vivienda o por contar con más espacio para que realicen diversas actividades, pero también deben respetar las áreas que no deben usar porque finalmente no son del Ayuntamiento, sino para toda la población”, finalizó.
