“Es tarea de todos generar una cultura de respeto a los derechos humanos, incluso más allá, una obligación y compromiso que debemos tener todas las instituciones públicas privadas, organizaciones, padres de familia, maestros y alumnos, en estos últimos casos necesaria ante la violencia escolar que se vive en el país”, señaló Víctor Villanueva Hernández, visitador de la Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (CEDH) de la región Zamora.
Añadió, “nosotros por nuestra parte hemos implementado programas para erradicar y prevenir la violencia escolar a través de capacitaciones en escuelas que van dirigidas tanto a los alumnos, docentes, directivos e inclusive a los padres de familia”.
Indicó que tras el regreso del periodo vacacional reanudaran estas pláticas en escuelas públicas y privadas de municipios de esta región como son: Zamora, Tangamandapio, La Piedad, Sahuayo, Jacona, entre otros.
Invitó a los directivos de las instituciones educativas a ser flexibles y entrar en las capacitaciones que ofrece la CEDH, las que tienen que ver con el bullyng, la violencia escolar o el derecho de los niños a vivir una vida libre de violencia, “todos los servicios que prestamos son totalmente gratuitos”.
“Los interesados deben girar un oficio para solicitarnos la capacitación que deberán entregar en las oficinas de esta visitaduria, ubicadas en calle Melchor Ocampo numero 223 colonia Centro en Zamora, o bien pueden hacerlo vía telefónica al (351) 51 243-93”, mencionó.
Subrayó que se tiene la errónea creencia de que se da más la violencia escolar en las escuelas públicas, porque se cree que la educación que se imparte no es la adecuada. No obstante, esta problemática no es limitante solo de estas instituciones, ya que la violencia se da por igual tanto en públicas como privadas.
“Lo anterior tiene que ver con diversos factores, con el personal que conforma la estructura de cada institución y con la zona geográfica donde se concentre la institución. Zonas con entornos de violencia generan comportamientos hostiles entre los menores de las escuelas”.
Comentó que por ámbito de género, las niñas son más susceptibles, al igual los niños con algún tipo de discapacidad y los niños que tienen problemas en su entorno familiar, “no obstante, esto no excluye a los demás de que puedan ser objeto de algún tipo de violencia hacia su persona”.
Señaló que este año están redoblando esfuerzos para tratar de llegar al mayor número de escuelas posibles, para lo cual mantienen un trabajo coordinado con las instituciones educativas, “a raíz de que contamos con poco personal en esta visitadora, estamos haciendo vínculos con instituciones, estamos capacitando a 20 estudiantes de las licenciaturas de derecho y educación de la UNIVA para que ellos a su vez realicen capacitaciones en escuelas. De esta manera buscamos impactar a más pequeños”.
En ese sentido dijo que este año pretenden impactar a alrededor de 6 mil estudiantes con estas pláticas, “para lograr estas metas trabajamos en conjunto con las instituciones para multiplicar estos esfuerzos”, concluyó.
