– No quieren que sean objeto de fraude o falta de servicios públicos

Nuevamente las autoridades municipales hicieron una invitación a la gente para que no compre predios avalados por la dirección de Planeación, Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente,
debido a que la intención es evitar que sean objeto de fraude o de falta de servicios públicos como ocurre en algunos asentamientos que ya tienen varios años sin poder brindar esa garantía a sus residentes.
Francisco Avalos Bolaños, director de planeación, desarrollo urbano y medio ambiente, puntualizó que es importante el hecho de que las personas se tomen un tiempo para acudir a realizar una consulta que permita identificar a aquellos vendedores de lotes sin los permisos respectivos para que se pueda proceder en contra de ellos de manera penal.
“Hay personas que continúan con ese tipo de prácticas de manera lamentable y lo único que hacen es engañar a la gente con una supuesta oferta que al final termina por ser una mentira. Es necesario que acudan a nuestras instalaciones ubicadas en Labastida casi esquina con Avenida Santiago donde con gusto podemos ofrecer la información respectiva”, dijo.
Concluyó al decir que hasta el momento no han procedido penalmente en contra de una persona; sin embargo, si han hecho notificaciones y advertencias respectivas para que los que incurran en delito desistan de hacer esos actos antes de emprender un proceso donde se aplique la justicia, de manera que se busca conciliar en una primera instancia.
