-Cumplen con las medidas sanitarias en tiempos de COVID-19

Luego de que se difundiera en medios nacionales que en China detectaron camarones positivos al COVID-19, en Zamora se descartó la posibilidad de que esos productos del mar estén afectados, señaló Carlos Bucio, propietario de la pescadería Sarita.
“Cumplimos con todas las medidas sanitarias, además la jurisdicción continuamente hace muestreos y hasta el momento en nuestros productos no se ha detectado ninguna bacteria o virus que sea nociva para la salud de nuestros consumidores”, resaltó.
Por lo que, abundó, las amas de casa y consumidores pueden tener la certeza de que adquieren un producto de la más alta calidad y fresco, “ya que contamos con hielo en óptimas condiciones y nuestro personal cumple con las debidas medidas sanitarias”.
Reveló que la Comisión Estatal para la Protección Contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COEPRIS) además descartó la presencia de bacterias (vibro cholerae) que producen cólera, salmonella que causa intoxicación o fiebre tifoidea o bacterias totales y fecales en pescados y mariscos que ocasionan brotes de diarrea. Por lo que, con confianza, pueden consumir con la certeza de que no está contaminado el camarón”, enfatizó.
Además dejó en claro que el producto que el vende, en el caso de los pescados de agua dulce (mojarra, bagre y carpa) provienen de las presas de Tamaulipas y los productos de agua salada provienen del Pacifico, de Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
“Las amas de casa pueden constatar que nuestro pescado es fresco, brillante, que tiene los ojos hidratados, coloración rosada y una consistencia firme”, finalizó; cabe mencionar que actualmente el camarón tiene un precio que oscila entre 150 a 230 pesos el kilo y, según comentó el entrevistado, lleva un proceso de certificación de salubridad, “difícilmente se contamina, si no ya nos hubieran cerrado o sancionado”.
