-Tránsito confirmó la existencia de planes viales previos para dar orden a circulación
-Protección Civil asegura que no dificulta ingreso de paramédicos en caso de emergencias

A pesar del evidente desorden vial causado por los festejos guadalupanos, autoridades municipales insisten en afirmar que todo se lleva en orden y sin afectar a terceros, pues de acuerdo al regidor de vialidad, Jorge Zalpa Morales, tras una reunión con José Adán Ureña Barajas, subdirector de tránsito, sólo hay 15 calles cerradas en 5 colonias del municipio, 7 de la cuales cuentan con permiso de la autoridad.
La verdad es que la realidad contradice los datos oficiales, pues basta circular por cualquier colonia del municipio para toparse con decenas de calles cerradas, y al preguntar a los encargados de los altares, constatar que ninguno pidió permiso al municipio, sin contar con otras tantas que durante el mes de diciembre, de 7 a 9 de la noche permanecen cerradas para que las peregrinaciones ensayen sus danzas, obligando a miles de zamoranos a realizar rodeos para llegar o salir de su domicilio.
De acuerdo al regidor Zalpa, la Subdirección de Policía y Tránsito dio validez a 7 solicitudes presentadas por ciudadanos para hacer el cierre de calles como Galeana, en su tramo de Michoacán a Juárez, Avenida del Sol, en el Fraccionamiento La Aurora, Lerdo de Tejada en El Carmen, Alerces en Arboledas y Lázaro Cárdenas, en la colonia del mismo nombre, a la altura de la escuela Benito Juárez, entre otras.
“Para todas las peticiones que nos presentaron hicimos un análisis para ver si es viable o no hacer el cierre de las arterias, si tomamos en consideración que no debe afectar de manera importante la circulación de vehículos, que no se impida el paso de cuerpos de auxilio en caso de una contingencia y que haya las garantías necesarias para resguardar el orden público”, explicó el regidor.
En el caso de las peregrinaciones al Santuario Guadalupano, aseguró que hubo cambios favorables para afectar en la menor medida posible la circulación, porque las marchas de los feligreses fueron efectuadas en un promedio de 1 hora, cuando anteriormente hacían 2 horas de recorrido en el primer cuadro de la ciudad.
“Para lograrlo hicimos el desvío del tráfico vehicular en puntos clave como la Avenida Juárez y 5 de Mayo, que son las más utilizadas para las peregrinaciones; cerramos el paso de unidades en Juárez, en ambos carriles, desde Pino Suárez hasta 5 de Mayo, con el propósito de darle mayor celeridad al paso de los contingentes y utilizamos vías alternas como Ferrocarril, Vasco de Quiroga y Pino Suárez para darle circulación a los vehículos”, explicó.
Sin embargo, el edil no se refirió a los embotellamientos causados por estas manifestaciones públicas de fe, el consecuente incremento en la contaminación que éstas generan, ni la vulneración de los derechos de quienes, por necesidad, trabajo o convicción, se ven privados de utilizar las calles para lo que fueron hechas: el libre tránsito de los zamoranos.
“No hay dificultades en el ingreso de paramédicos o unidades en caso de que se presente una contingencia durante el día de hoy; cada uno de los altares previamente instalados en las colonias mencionadas fue consensuado previamente con nosotros para tomar las previsiones necesarias y atender a la población”, aseguró finalmente Sergio Gómez García, coordinador municipal de proyección civil.
