«Las personas pueden visitar con toda tranquilidad el mercado municipal, ya que es un espacio con mucha higiene.
En este momento estamos reforzando las acciones de limpieza, en conjunto con los locatarios. Estas jornadas se realizan una vez por mes, sobre todo en el área exterior, donde se venden alimentos preparados», expresó Sergio Alfaro Mariscal, oficial mayor del ayuntamiento de Jacona
Agregó que este es un espacio muy demandado, donde siempre hay venta de antojitos mexicanos que no dejan de generar grasa, “por lo que se llegan a tener bichos de todo tipo, de ahí la importancia de realizar limpieza y fumigaciones».
Dijo que el sistema de drenaje se encuentra en óptimas condiciones, pues los locatarios han sido consientes de no tirar el aceite sobrante en el lavadero, «además hacemos una limpieza intensa con la presión necesaria de la pipa de agua, cada mes utilizamos 5 mil litros y proveemos de todo lo necesario: jabón, cloro, etcétera».
Indicó que al exterior del mercado se ven beneficiados con estas acciones 200 comerciantes, «en tanto, al interior, cada uno de los 60 comerciantes dedicados a la venta de verduras y carnes se hace cargo de la limpieza de su establecimiento».
Finamente mencionó que llevan un estricto control de los vendedores ambulantes, «el compromiso que hice por instrucciones del presidente municipal, Isidoro Mosqueda, fue respetar las mesas directivas de tianguis y mercados, cuando llegan ambulantes se verifica si hay o no espacio para trabajar y no afectar a los que ya están».
