En Zamora y Jacona se intensificaron los operativos de seguridad, en aras de inhibir el delito y detener a quienes alteren el orden social.
Estos iniciaron desde la semana pasada y continuaran permanentemente en diversos puntos de ambas ciudades, informó Fernando Fernández Vargas, Director de Seguridad Pública de Zamora.
Detalló que participan alrededor de 300 elementos, tanto de la Fiscalía, la Guardia Civil y policías municipales que están distribuidos en distintas zonas estratégicas, «consiste en un barrido general de ambos municipios de personal coordinado en sectores para brindar seguridad».
Admitió que desde que inició la administración del presidente Carlos Soto Delgado, los delitos de alto impacto han ido a la baja, hasta en un 60 por ciento, desde homicidios, robos de vehículos, robos a transeúntes y extorsiones, «por ejemplo, al inicio de la administración teníamos 70 robos de vehículos y motocicletas y actualmente por mes son en promedio 14».
Consideró que por ello es fundamental que las fuerzas de seguridad de los 3 órdenes de gobierno sigan en constante coordinación y cuando se requiera, “nos sigan reforzando con apoyo de más elementos. Con el estado de fuerza que trae el subsecretario de seguridad pública, abarcamos prácticamente todas las colonias de ambos municipios. Estamos actuando rápidamente con detenciones donde las personas incumplan con los reglamentos o bien, que sean sorprendidos en flagrancia”.
