En Zamora hay 20 sospechosos; ningún positivo confirmado hasta el momento

Las autoridades sanitarias hacen un llamado la población a cerrar filas contra el dengue, debido a que el riesgo de brotes aumentó ante casos positivos detectados en municipios aledaños a Zamora, que cada vez más cierran el cerco que se ha establecido por la Jurisdicción Sanitaria No. 2. Para evitar que se salga de control de la situación se requiere que todas las familias apliquen medidas preventivas como descacharrizar y limpiar frentes, patios y azoteas de sus hogares.
Así lo dio a conocer Jaime Ramírez Oregel, director de salud pública, quien comentó que hasta el momento en Zamora hay un total de 20 sospechosos de los que no hay ningún caso positivo confirmado; sin embargo, los riesgos cada vez son más frecuentes por la aparición de personas con la enfermedad en los municipios de la región, incluido Jacona, en donde ya hay un caso.
Comentó que los focos de riesgo, de acuerdo a la lectura de ovitrampas colocadas en diferentes puntos del municipio, son hacia la zona norponiente del municipio, no solo por la parte histórica de registro de casos, sino también porque se ha detectado una densidad poblacional del insecto que en cualquier momento puede desatar una situación en donde se amerite reaccionar para evitar que se salga de control la situación.
Finalmente, agregó que hasta el momento han sido fumigadas la totalidad de colonias en la zona urbana, pero será más efectiva la acción preventiva de limpieza porque esa es la que elimina los criaderos del insecto. A partir de hoy domingo darán continuidad a esas acciones por medio de trabajos de descacharrización que serán efectuados en Palo Alto y a la brevedad en Valencia, sumado a acciones programadas en las comunidades del municipio.
