A 10 años de existencia del programa nacional “Leo… luego existo”, que tiene como propósito fomentar el gusto por la lectura de una manera más libre, el cual a lo largo de su historia se implementa en los diversos foros culturales del país pertenecientes al Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (INBA), por vez primera vez llegó a un Centro de Readaptación Social (CERESO), siendo Zamora el pionero.
La actriz Diana Golden, madrina del evento, fue la encargada de llevar la lectura a los internos acompañada de autoridades del ICATMI, CEBA, UPN e INEA, dijo sentirse afortunada de inaugurar el programa en estos espacios, “uno de los objetivos del programa es que llegue a todas partes para encontrar otra manera de ver la vida, como una alternativa de pasar mejor el tiempo, dado que la lectura nos traslada a otros paisajes, épocas y personajes y sucesos “.
Luego de que la actriz leyera a los asistentes 4 de los 12 cuentos peregrinos de Gabriel García Márquez “La Luz es como el agua”, “El avión de la bella durmiente”, “Me alquilo para soñar” y “Espantos de Agosto”, se llevaron a cabo una serie de presentaciones artísticas y culturales a cargo de los internos, como la presentación musical de la rondalla del CERESO, y la poesía titulada “Soy como quiero ser”, de Fernando Inocencio; tras presenciar estos actos, Golden conmovida exclamó “Gracias por este momento mágico lleno de enseñanza que ustedes me han regalado, con lo que dan muestra que están interesados en su reinserción social”.
Alberto Canacasco, subdirector de extensión cultural del INBA, señaló que este programa arrancó en Tijuana con dos actividades “se ha ido incrementando de manera paulatina. En este momento vamos a llegar aproximadamente a 32 sedes del Norte y Sur de la República, tenemos la intención de que siga creciendo, para que llegue a la mayor cantidad de personas. No es sencillo, dado que en esta gira abarcamos dos sedes por cada estado por día, pero tenemos que hacer los ajustes suficientes para que el programa tenga más impacto”.
“Esperamos estar nuevamente en noviembre de regreso por aquí para que los internos se habitúen a que vendrá un actor a leerles y eso los motive a acercarse más a los libros y de esta manera sensibilizarnos y contribuir a su reinserción y desarrollo como seres humanos”, concluyó.
