– Estiman de 7 a 10 mil en temporadas de alta demanda de consumo

Finalmente pudo ser controlado el crecimiento de ambulantes en las zonas aledañas a los mercados municipales por medio de las acciones de balizamiento y ordenamiento de cada uno de los comerciantes informales que también tuvo como propósito generar espacios más seguros para los transeúntes y garantizar el paso de unidades de emergencia en el caso de una contingencia en este tipo de lugares.
Juan Carlos Gutiérrez Chavolla, oficial mayor, informó que desde semanas pasadas iniciaron los trabajos correspondientes para hacer el reordenamiento de los ambulantes en diferentes calles aledañas a los complejos comerciales, porque era una solicitud demandada por diferentes sectores de la sociedad para dar un cambio en la imagen y también tener mayor control sobre la mancha de comerciantes.
“Los trabajos también nos permitirán tener mayor limpieza en estas zonas que son importantes para la movilidad diaria de las personas porque ante la falta de ese tipo de trabajos era complicado hacerlo, pero ahora con el ordenamiento y balizamiento se podrá trabajar sobre los diferentes espacios que hay en los complejos comerciales”, mencionó.
Aseguró que la mancha de comerciantes informales se extiende de 7 a 10 mil durante temporadas de alto consumo, como es el periodo decembrino o en fechas especiales como la celebración del 14 de febrero o 10 de mayo debido a que hay muchas personas que demandan diferentes productos para atender sus necesidades personales.
Finalizó al decir que durante los periodos ordinarios se llegan a establecer sobre 3 mil comerciantes ambulantes en la zona de los Mercados Municipales, de manera que la actividad no se encuentra rebasada durante las épocas que no son de consumo y permite que se pueda tener un mayor control de la situación.
