“Nuestra mayor fortaleza son nuestras propias decisiones: que la mejor elección sea el camino de la Educación para ser hombres y mujeres de bien”, señaló Ángel Rafael Macías Mora, presidente municipal de Ixtlán en la inauguración de la SEE Orienta 2018, que se desarrolla desde ayer y hoy en el Centro Regional de las Artes de Michoacán (CRAM).
Cabe mencionar que el evento lo organiza la Secretaria de Educación en el Estado (SEE), a través de la dirección de servicios regionales educativos y busca ser un espacio para dar orientación vocacional a miles de jóvenes de nivel medio superior, principalmente.
Participan 45 instituciones de nivel superior y algunas de medio superior que ofertan sus planes de estudio para que los jóvenes puedan elegir la carrera técnica y/o licenciatura que más les convenga, en la cual impactan a por lo menos 5 mil estudiantes de esta región.
Macías Mora agregó que tanto el gobernador, Silvano Aureoles Conejo, como el secretario de educación, Alberto Frutis, le han puesto el empeño al tema educativo en la entidad, “no ha sido un asunto sencillo, ni fácil. En Octubre del 2015, Silvano tomó un gobierno con dificultades financieras y de seguridad. Sin embargo, a dos años y meses este Michoacán es distinto y diferente. Se han hecho gestiones ante el gobierno federal para poder cumplir con quienes dia a dia entregan su vida al servicio de la educación”.
Añadió, “el mandatario estatal ha hecho todo lo posible para que la educación siga teniendo éxito a efecto de que los estudiantes puedan aprender y tener un futuro promisorio”.
Mostró su beneplácito porque el gobierno del estado ponga a las diferentes instituciones educativas para acercarlas a los jóvenes a las diferentes alternativas encaminadas a profesionalizarse.
En su turno, Noemí Ramirez Bravo, diputada local por el VI distrito, exhortó a los estudiantes a seguirse preparando en algo que les guste, pues dijo, “la elección de la carrera, es una decisión importante. Cuando hacemos lo que nos gusta, lo hacemos con pasión y esas actividades dejan de ser un trabajo y nos realizamos como personas”.
Motivó a las instituciones educativas a seguir impulsando este tipo de eventos de orientación vocacional, para que los estudiantes tomen la mejor decisión, “Zamora es una tierra que ha permitido un desarrollo a muchas universidades y que independientemente de las posibilidades económicas, de la edad y otros obstáculos, la ciudad brinda las oportunidades para seguirse preparando”.
Aseveró que como legisladora ha impulsado el tema de los jóvenes y legislado en ese tenor, “la ley para el primer empleo, aprobada en el congreso del estado. Esta permite que pese a los obstáculos que se dan, los jóvenes puedan tener la dualidad de estudiar y trabajar para ayudarse con sus gastos, además de adquirir experiencia”.
Comentó que de igual forma presentó una propuesta para beneficiar a los emprendedores. De tal suerte que aquí en Zamora gestionó y ya es una realidad la segunda casa del emprendedor en el estado, denominada de poder joven.
Este sitio, abundó, busca que los jóvenes tengan un área de oportunidad donde sus sueños de generar una empresa lo puedan convertir en realidad, donde se les dan las oportunidades y la vinculación con el área financiera del gobierno del estado y federal para impulsar su proyecto, comercializarlo y registrarlo, “y más que salir buscando empleo, salgamos siendo empresarios y generar oportunidades para más personas”.
José Luis Quintanar, director general de servicios regionales de educación, en representación del gobierno del estado expresó, “esta orientación coadyuvara a los jóvenes a que busquen el camino adecuado para dar el siguiente paso educativo y profesional. Esa es la responsabilidad que la SEE tiene para con los jóvenes año con año”.
“En la SEE también estamos haciendo un trabajo arduo, dia a dia, por tener unas mejores condiciones para los jóvenes y sociedad entera con una educación diferente. Estamos viviendo momentos difíciles donde en educación no caben los temas del radicalismo, ni los temas que van en contra de una mejor educación”, subrayó.
Finalmente Daniel Nava Adame, director de educación en esta región, expresó, “todos los días tomamos decisiones, desde que nos despertamos. Elegir una carrera es una de las decisiones más importantes para nuestras vidas. Esta SEE orienta además de ser una orientación vocacional, es una orientación ocupacional, ya que también participan centros de trabajo de capacitación para el adulto como el ICATMI. Una elección nunca es fácil, y más cuando depende de ella el futuro”.
También estuvieron presentes Juan Manuel Serna González, director del ITESZ; Rubén Cabrera Ramírez; Luis Maciel Mendoza, Mario Silva Amezcua, presidentes municipales de Jacona, Chavinda y Chilchota, respectivamente; Yuliana Bugarini Torres, directora del Instituto de la Juventud en Michoacán (Injuve) y Jaime Reyes Jiménez, director general de UNIVA; entre otros.
