La Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (CEDH) y colectivos de búsqueda de personas acordaron sinergia de trabajo con autoridades como la Fiscalía General del Estado, Comisión de Búsqueda de Personas, Comisión de Atención a Víctimas y el Consejo Estatal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminación y la Violencia en Michoacán.
Se trata de los colectivos: En tu Búsqueda Michoacán; Esposas de Buscadores México; Familias en tu Búsqueda; Siguiendo tus pasos Michoacán y Colectivos de Desaparecidos Michoacán, así lo dicta la CEDH en su comunicado de prensa.
En una extensa reunión de trabajo, los colectivos plantearon lo siguiente: actuar de manera rápida y dentro de las primeras 5 horas de la desaparición. Mayor atención y empatía en las Visitadurías Regionales de la CEDH en cuanto a las quejas en las regiones; buscar coordinación con presidentes municipales para agilizar la búsqueda de personas dentro de las primeras horas de desaparecidos; acompañamiento de la CEDH en situaciones de resguardo en lugares donde se encuentren restos para cuidar el debido proceso y traslado de restos.
Igualmente, solicitar informe de la situación del Centro de Resguardo Forense de la entidad; contar con una ambulancia para uso exclusivo de levantamiento de cuerpos de desapariciones; solicitar a CNDH apoyo para pedir informe a la FGR de cuerpos que se han llevado de Michoacán; una casa de acogida para familiares de personas desaparecidas o desplazadas, en Morelia.
Asimismo, una mesa de diálogo permanente, al menos cada dos meses entre CEDH, FGEM, CEEAV y la Comisión de Búsqueda de Personas de Michoacán; solicitud de espacios para impartir talleres y conferencias de protocolos de apoyo para búsqueda de personas; acompañamientos de búsquedas en vida en Centros de Rehabilitación y Centros de Readaptación Social; establecer de manera multiinstitucional un calendario de fechas de búsquedas en territorio; acompañamiento en reuniones con autoridades federales y, la ley de Desaparición Forzada del estado de Michoacán.
Estuvieron presentes: la subsecretaria de Derechos Humanos del gobierno del estado, Xiomara Mayra Trevizo Guízar, en representación del secretario de gobierno, Carlos Torres Piña; el ombudsperson, Marco Antonio Tinoco Álvarez; el comisionado Ejecutivo Estatal de Atención a Víctimas, Josué Mejía; el comisionado Estatal de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas, José Alfredo Tapia Navarrete; en representación de la FGEM, Jaqueline Farías Pantoja. Bertha Paulina Anaya Villegas del Consejo Estatal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminación y la Violencia en Michoacán. Y Luis Alfredo Jiménez Garzón, titular de la Unidad de Personas Desaparecidas de la CEDH.
