Es necesario que los Ayuntamientos incrementen su modalidad de trámites en línea para evitar que las personas corran el riesgo de contagiarse en tiempos de contingencia por el COVID 19, debido a que en el momento de acudir a hacer los pagos hacen filas y se generan aglomeraciones de personas.
Lo anterior salió a relucir en la conferencia impartida vía Zoom por Claudia Verduzco Moreno, directora del Observatorio Regional Ciudadano, consideró que es momento de que se instrumenten ese tipo de servicios y más si se contempla que cuando se acercan los últimos días de pago se concentran muchas personas en las cajas de pago.
“Es más evidente la situación en lugares donde se debe cubrir el pago de predial o agua potable, por lo que es momento de realizar la aplicación de lo que se denomina Gobierno Digital, para que las personas cumplan con sus compromisos sin riesgos a su salud”, mencionó.
Comentó que es importante que los gobiernos municipales no solo trabajen en la actualización de sus portales digitales sino también en diferentes plataformas que permitan establecer un vínculo estrecho entre autoridades y ciudadanos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de recaudación.
Finalmente agregó que cualquier acción en materia de salud es importante en estos momentos en donde se requiere de cuidar la integridad física de la población ante el recrudecimiento de casos de contagio por COVID 19 que ha perjudicado de manera importante la convivencia social.
