– Piden revisar bien las garantías y anuncios de ofertas para recibir calidad en compras

Recomiendan a los consumidores ser precavidos en los gastos a realizar ante la cercanía de la campaña “Buen Fin” que está considerado para noviembre próximo.
La intención es evitar que hagan gastos innecesarios que perjudiquen su economía familiar, pero también poner atención en revisar las garantías y anuncios de ofertas en compras.
Cristian Alejandro Vega Jilote, titular del módulo de la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO), informó que el evento está cercano y programado del 17 al 20 de noviembre con el propósito de fortalecer la actividad económica y catapultar al comercio local y nacional, pero también consideró que es un tiempo donde se debe ser consciente con los gastos.
“Nosotros como institución estaremos al pendiente de que los consumidores reciban garantías en lo que compran e igualmente se respeten los descuentos anunciados en las diferentes tiendas de electrodomésticos o establecimientos en donde se ofrezca el “Buen Fin”, porque lo justo es ofertar justas y de esa manera adquieran lo que necesitan”, explicó.
Finalmente agregó que están abiertas las puertas de la institución para exponer cualquier situación de irregularidad que sientan en el momento de la compra – venta, pero recomendó no tirar los tickets de compra para hacer la reclamación respectiva, en el caso de ser necesario porque es importante tener elementos necesarios para que procedan las pruebas respectivas.
