Regresará el toque de campana, como hace varios años, para avisar sobre la cercanía del servicio de recolección de basura.
La intención es buscar reducir las esquinas de desperdicios con una acción reactiva de las personas para que el proceso se pueda dar de manera más organizada y generar nuevos hábitos entre la población
Leonardo Briseño Alvarado, coordinador de aseo público, informó que han iniciado con la estrategia en algunos puntos de la zona urbana y hasta el momento el proceso ha funcionado, porque en cuanto se escucha la avanzada de la recolección de basura, muchas personas acuden al lugar respectivo para depositar en el camión los desechos y así no se genera contaminación visual ni ambiental en diferentes lugares.
Comentó que además en diversas colonias y comunidades se ha solicitado el regreso de este tipo de aviso, por lo que consideró puede ser una herramienta importante que a la postre será sujeta a un proceso de evaluación. El propósito es buscar diferentes opciones para que se pueda beneficiar a la población en el cuidado de su entorno.
Aseguró que además el proceso es factible a partir de que se ha normalizado el proceso de recolección de desperdicios debido a que durante Semana Santa hubo jornadas intensas derivado de la generación de 400 a 450 toneladas diarias; ahora, recogen un promedio de 200 a 230 diarias en la localidad como producto de la disminución del consumismo entre la gente.
Concluyó que también se espera que en el transcurso de estos días se pueda regularizar por las mañanas el recorrido de las rutas del Duero, Generalísimo Morelos e Hidalgo, debido a que las acciones han tenido que ser vespertinas derivado de la reparación de 2 unidades con la finalidad de no dejar sin prestar el servicio a la población.
