Será reorganizado el sector restaurantero local para elevar el nivel competitivo de los giros comerciales y buscar alternativas para que constantemente se puedan capacitar y de esa manera mejorar los servicios que brindan a los clientes en sus establecimientos, a los cuales finalmente son quienes dan vida a sus negocios.
Así lo dio a conocer Jorge Armando Su Su, presidente de la asociación de bares y restaurantes, quien comentó que por el momento se encuentran en una etapa de reorganización para definir de manera concreta los objetivos a cumplir en lo que será una actualización en el sector porque hace tiempo que no reciben capacitaciones masivas.
“Hace años hicimos un esfuerzo importante para buscar los distintivos y certificaciones que nos dan la insignia de calidad en lo que hacemos y ahora no nos podemos quedar cortos en ese esfuerzo porque es importante hacer un trabajo que permita mantener lo que tiempo atrás logramos con esfuerzo y capacitación”, dijo.
Indicó que tocarán puertas para buscar la capacitación que requieren, pero además consideró necesario hacer una actualización del padrón con el que actualmente cuentan para incluir a más afiliados al organismo y que de esa manera tenga mayor eco la gestión que pueden realizar como sector productivo de la economía local.
Finalmente agregó que para la actualización tendrán que buscar la instrucción precisa que les permita mantenerse altamente competitivos en el sector y que de esa manera puedan dar marcha adelante a los propósitos correspondientes para atraer clientes y reactivar la economía en el sector, que no ha sido buena en los últimos años.
