-Cobro de cuotas y abusos de docentes la causa principal
-Implementarán cursos en derechos humanos para minimizar situación

La Secretaría de Educación en el Estado (SEE) y los profesores, encabezan el primer lugar de quejas ante la Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (CEDH). El motivo principal es que todavía prevalecen los cobros de cuotas indebidas en plantes educativos y que los maestros actúan con abuso de autoridad con algunos alumnos.
“Son situaciones que han causado malestar entre la población debido a que en los planteles educativos no tienen porqué cobrar cuotas que no sean ajenas a las inscripciones escolares y los docentes deben evitar el abuso o la violencia con sus alumnos a toda costa”, informó José María Cázares Solorzano, presidente de la CEDH de Michoacán.
En visita a esta ciudad, aseguró que para revertir la situación han emitido recomendaciones a la SEE para que revise de manera puntual y ubique cuáles son los planteles educativos que realizan esas prácticas. En el caso de los profesores serán instruidos por medio de cursos en derechos humanos para que hagan su trabajo con mayor profesionalismo.
“Además queremos atender otra área importante como es el problema del bullyng (violencia entre alumnos) para que los docentes puedan detectarlo a tiempo y pongan un remedio en ese tipo de situaciones, debido a que afectan la conducta y estancia agradable de los infantes en las instituciones educativas”, dijo. .
Comentó que hasta el momento se han presentado un total de 270 quejas en las visitadurías regionales del organismo en donde además de las hechas contra la SEE y docentes, también se han presentado inconformidades en contra de la Procuraduría de Justicia del Estado y la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública.
“En lo que respecta a las quejas Morelia, Zitácuaro y Apatzingán ocupan los primeros planos, mientras que Zamora se encuentra en los últimos lugares. Hay puntual seguimiento a cada una de las inconformidades de la población y hasta el momento existe cero rezago en cuanto a resoluciones”, aseveró.
Finalmente dijo que para este año redoblarán esfuerzos en lo que respecta a los cursos de capacitación, debido a que tienen la intención de fomentar y dar a conocer cada uno de los derechos humanos en cada una de las instituciones públicas, privadas, así como en dependencias gubernamentales.
