– Conductores van a exceso de velocidad, con más pasajeros de los permitidos y en estado etílico

Estiman que hasta 30 por ciento se han elevado los incidentes de motocicletas en Zamora, esto debido a que los conductores van a exceso de velocidad, con demasiados pasajeros y en estado etílico.
La situación es más complicada para los propietarios de las unidades cuando no portan el casco de protección con el que deben cuidar su integridad física de padecer una lesión craneoencefálica.
Rosendo Farfán Cazares, director municipal de movilidad, informó que, en comparación con hace un año, durante un mes se llegaban a registrar hasta 96 incidentes en promedio; ahora, con el aumento en las cifras se estima que son alrededor de 130 los accidentes que se presentan en diferentes puntos de la zona urbana por la falta de prudencia de los conductores.
“Nos falta focalizar cuál es el grupo de la población que más incide en estos hechos, pero seguramente son jóvenes en edad productiva, de acuerdo a la tendencia de años pasados. Estamos en proceso con la subdirección de Tránsito de Zamora de hacer un diagnóstico para tener datos certeros al respecto y se tomen las acciones pertinentes”, dijo.
Concluyó al decir que una de las ventajas es que ya disminuyeron hasta 60 por ciento los incidentes en donde se ven involucrados los peatones, lo cual confirma que hay mayor respeto a la movilidad de las personas que no van en vehículo y también el hecho de que ellos sean más conscientes de la situación.
