– Permitirá ayudar a niños con cáncer para tratamientos oncológicos

La Universidad Capital de Estudios Superiores de Zamora (UCES) cumplió con la Asociación Mexicana de Ayuda a Niños con Cáncer (AMANC) Michoacán IAP, al llevar 3 toneladas de útiles donados por la población zamorana y de la región. Las aportaciones permitirán apoyar a infantes con sus tratamientos oncológicos con la finalidad de que puedan mejorar su calidad de vida.
Carolina Hernández Ortiz, directora de UCES del plantel Económico, Administrativas e Ingenierías, informó que las aportaciones de la población fueron importantes para lograr la meta y más porque durante el primer año de implementación de esta iniciativa se había logrado colectar una tonelada, de manera que se triplicó el resultado.
“Lo único que resta, es decir a la población gracias por el apoyo recibido, porque sin duda ayuda para que muchos niños tengan una mejor expectativa de vida. Lo que hacemos como institución no tiene ningún otro interés más que el de apoyar a los infantes y a sus familias porque sabemos lo cansado que es la lucha contra cualquier enfermedad”, dijo.
Finalmente, agregó que UCES continuará con este tipo de campañas altruistas a lo largo del año porque ya se ha logrado la colecta de tapitas que en su momento tuvo un eco importante; después la donación de sangre y ahora el hecho de que se haya podido generar este apoyo con los útiles escolares.
