-Agradecen aportaciones de la población; buscan apoyar a niños con cáncer

La Universidad Capital de Estudios Superiores (UCES) mantendrá hasta el 31 de agosto la campaña Da Vida a tus Útiles consistente en la colecta de material escolar que ya no utilizan los niños o cualquier estudiante en sus hogares y que puede ser donado para apoyar a los infantes de la Asociación Mexicana de Ayuda a Niños con Cáncer (AMANC) Michoacán IAP en la lucha contra la enfermedad.
Así lo dio a conocer, Carolina Hernández Ortiz, directora de UCES Plantel Económico, Administrativas e Ingenierías (EAI), quien agradeció las aportaciones hechas hasta el momento por la población debido a que se cumplió el primer objetivo de llenar un contenedor, pero la intención es superar esa meta para que se pueda hacer llegar de más recursos a la institución AMANC.
“Recordemos que todo el material reciclado se oferta por la asociación a una empresa con la finalidad de obtener recursos económicos que ayudan en el pago de servicios que requieren los pacientes como quimioterapias u otros medicamentos que son indispensables para que puedan mantener una calidad de vida importante”, explicó.
Finalmente, agregó que para las donaciones las personas pueden acudir al plantel EAI en un horario de 8:00 de la mañana a 8:00 de la noche, de lunes a viernes. Los sábados se puede hacer de 8:00 de la mañana a 4:00 de la tarde. La intención es que después del cierre de la campaña se acuda a la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán, para hacer la entrega de las aportaciones hechas por las personas.
