– Alcalde Carlos Soto puso en marcha las primeras acciones en Calzada Zamora – Jacona

Con la finalidad de trabajar en el rescate de espacios públicos, fue puesto en marcha el programa “Muros Abiertos Zamora” con el que estudiantes de universidades locales realizarán obras de arte en espacios situados en la calzada que conecta con Jacona, específicamente a la altura del puente de Virrey de Mendoza y la Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres, para dar otra imagen a las personas y mostrar las habilidades que jóvenes pueden explotar en la materia.
En el marco del arranque de los trabajos, el presidente municipal, Carlos Soto Delgado, informó que las obras de arte también se extenderán al panteón municipal, unidad deportiva El Chamizal, DIF Municipal, puente de Palo Alto, Prolongación Niños Héroes y el estacionamiento de San Francisco, entre Hidalgo y Ocampo, que son áreas en las que la gente podrá apreciar su talento en el que se plasmará parte de la identidad, personajes y raíces históricas del municipio.
Puntualizó que el arte urbano, lejos de ser estigmatizado y tomado como vandalismo, debe ser valorado como una forma de expresión y de allí que pensaron en la posibilidad de trabajar con los jóvenes para el rescate de estos lugares con la finalidad de que puedan plasmar todas sus habilidades en esa área y que de esa manera se fomente una cultura de la inclusión del sector juvenil, lejos de aislarlo.
“De allí que la dirección de Juventud se ha dado a la tarea de identificar todos los posibles espacios en los que se podrán efectuar estas labores y con esto quiero decir a los jóvenes que buscamos esa cercanía con ustedes y que finalmente se sientan escuchados e integrados después de varias administraciones municipales en donde estuvieron olvidados”, enfatizó.
Finalmente agregó que en la calzada Zamora – Jacona, que es el primer punto a trabajar en el programa, también se aprovecharán las pilastras y columnas perimetrales del puente peatonal de Virrey de Mendoza para que allí puedan manifestar su expresión artística y que su trabajo pueda ser apreciado por diferentes habitantes locales y visitantes a los diferentes espacios públicos.
