– En el marco del 450 aniversario de Zamora, presentan cata de vino de un productor avecindado en EU y originario de esta localidad

Vitivinicultores zamoranos dan la cara por el municipio en los Estados Unidos (EU), debido a que desde hace décadas mantienen la producción de vino a partir de los viñedos establecidos en Napa Valley del Estado de California en ese país, para competir con otras empresas de carácter internacional en la elaboración de la bebida que trasciende en los paladares de diversas personas.
Enrique López, originario de la comunidad del Espíritu en este municipio y propietario de Encanto Vineyards, dijo a EL INDEPENDIENTE TV que es gratificante poder exportar lo aprendido y el empeño por hacer las cosas que Zamora da a sus paisanos avecindados en los Estados Unidos y tener la oportunidad de compartir los resultados de varios años de trabajo y esfuerzo con las personas que radican en el municipio.
En el marco del 450 aniversario de la fundación de Zamora ayer se ofreció una cata por el vitivinicultor zamorano, la cual consistió en la degustación de vinos tintos, como el tipo Merlot, típico de Burdeos con un sabor de diferentes frutos rojos de 2018; Cabernet Sauvignon, la bebida por excelencia en Napa Valley, por cierto, el que más gusto a los asistentes, y finalmente otro de Borgoña que se hace con el clima que es frío, húmedo, que le da un sabor especial a la uva.
“En los últimos 37 años he visto como esta actividad ha crecido, porque ya son varias familias zamoranas las que ya se encuentran en la producción y con un alto nivel competitivo con otras marcas. También ha sido importante porque hemos abierto la puerta a la mano de obra mexicana para que las familias puedan tener un ingreso económico allá en los EU”, finalizó.
