– Labores se concentran en Vallado del Rey; prevén concluir en agosto las labores

Un 70 por ciento de avance presenta la limpieza de drenes y canales en Zamora.
Las labores se concentran por el momento en el Vallado del Rey, que es uno de los puntos de mayor riesgo de desborde del agua en el municipio y se espera concluir allí a la brevedad posible para dar fin a los tramos más importantes de los afluentes.
Joel Romero Quiroz, director del Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Zamora (SAPAZ) informó que el avance representa sobre 56 kilómetros desazolvados de lirio acuático y también de basura que ha sido sacada de los drenes de donde se han extraído más de 100 toneladas de desperdicios que han sido tiradas por la población de manera inconsciente.
Indicó que con el apoyo de los módulos de Riego esperan terminar las labores para agosto en el resto de los kilómetros pendientes, que son los puntos de menor riesgo que circundan al municipio y en donde se concentrará la maquinaria al momento de concluir las funciones en el Vallado del Rey.
Finalmente agregó que hasta el momento los niveles de los afluentes se concentran por debajo de la mitad de la altura de los taludes, de manera que no representan ningún peligro, pese a que la temporada de lluvias se ha comenzado a normalizar durante las últimas semanas, de manera que la población puede estar tranquila en ese respecto.
